Can I cancel my order?

Customers wishing to cancel orders should reach out to shop@hobbyism.ca as soon as possible. If order has shipped please refer to exchange and return policy for more information.

All sales and promotional items are final sale.

Cancellations may be subject to a 20% restocking fee.

Do I have to pay for my return shipping?

We will cover your return shipping expense if the item you are returning is a mistake made by the hobbyism team in incorrect size and/or incorrect product shipped.

If your product doesn’t fit or you simply choose to return, we will gladly issue store credit/exchange as long as product is unworn and unwashed. We have a 20-day return policy from initial ship or purchase date. Customers are responsible for the associated return expenses. Hobbyism will not accept or assume responsibility for lost or damaged packages. It is strongly recommended that any returns be made via reputable courier with a tracking number.

Do you ship worldwide?

Currently we only ship within Canada and the USA. Some items are only available within Canada.


Why was my order cancelled?

Orders can be cancelled for several reasons. If an order is canceled for any reason, hobbyism will contact you through email.

 

RETURNS

It is important to us that you are completely satisfied with your purchase that is why we offer a credit note or exchange only in cases where the item does not fit as anticipated, you are unsatisfied with the quality of the garment or product, or you have changed your mind about your purchase.

 

How long does it take for my return/item exchange to be processed?

The store credit will be processed on the day in which your product is received. For any item exchanges, the customer is responsible for all shipping expenses. Before the exchange is processed, the customer can expect an invoice for the shipping fee sent by us. Once the payment is received, a new tracking number will be made and the exchange will be processed.

 

Can I return my online order in-person at the shop?

Yes, please provide your original receipt and original method of payment when you come to the shop.

 

What do I do if I receive the wrong product or size?

If you received the wrong item or size, please email shop@hobbyism.ca along with your order number. It is important that you contact us before returning the item, so that we can assist you with a return slip and shipping fees.

 

What's the return address?

If you wish to return an item, please contact us first. All online purchases can be returned/exchanged in-store with order number and original method of payment.

SHIPPING

How can I track my order once it has shipped?

Once your order is shipped out from hobbyism.ca, we will send you a shipment confirmation email with your tracking information. It may take up to 24 hours for the tracking number to become visible. Most items are shipped via FedEx or CanadaPost depending on item, value, and end destination.

Will I be assessed duty or brokerage fees?

If your shipping address is within the United States you are likely to be assessed duty and brokerage fees associated with the value of your goods.

How long will it take for my order to be shipped?

Orders are typically processed within 2-4 business days from the date of the order. We only ship out orders on weekdays; if you place an order after store hours or during the weekend please factor the additional time.


Will my product arrive by Christmas?

During holiday season or sale season, orders will take longer the usual as there will be a larger the usual order volume. We generally will provide you a cut off date for Christmas delivery but due to the influx of shipments there may be unforeseen delays.
